Free Amber Alerts

If you would like to get free text messages alerting you of amber alerts all you need to do is go to https://www.wirelessamberalerts.org/index.jsp and enter your cell phone number.

In Case of emergency - Cell phone

ICE is an acronym for In Case of Emergency.  If you have a smart phone THERE IS AN APP FOR THAT!  Just go to the market place and find the app you want, there are plenty of free ones.
If you do not have a smart phone - all you have to do is type in ICE as a contact and put the number of the person you want contacted in case of an emergency.  You can always have ICE 1, 2, 3, so that Emergency Medical Services (EMS) can call the contacts.  If you have a notes section: you can put whatever personal information that would help EMS take better care of you.  For example: Allergies, Health Conditions, Medications you are taking, what hospital you would like to go to, name and number of your physicians, insurance information or any special instructions.
